MASSIVE CONSPIRACY WITHIN UK COURTS
IMO/FFI HUMAN RIGHTS ACTIVIST AND FOUNDER MEMBER PERSECUTED IN MASONIC CHAMBER OF HORRORS(Edinburgh sheriff court).
IMO/FFI witnessed the appalling criminality of British justice
friday 22 August 2003 when a lynch mob within Edinburgh Sheriff court escorted our brave brother to the cells once again after being aquitted of a so called crime to be held indefinitely under the Mental Health Act.
Despite our long experience of brutal and tyrannical decisions( including abuse of children in that process),when there has been NO due process of law, these paled compared with the TRIAL(persecution) of our brave member GEORGE FARQUHAR.
Despite friends and supporters travelling long distances to watch this appalling farce ,we had been kept to the very last case of the day, at which point the court officials were about to usher us out of court to close it for the hearing.We stood our ground ,stating, CLOSED COURTS were outlawed as a breach of International Human rights and after much discussion court officials decided to allow us to remain to hear the case(farce).
We managed to talk to Georges lawyer prior to the start .We found out from a call the day before this was the lawyer that was dropped by George for another, but who the court had imposed on him .We asked if George was happy with that decision and he told us he was.We later confirmed in a call to George, this was not the case ,and at no time did he want this lawyer acting for him who throughout the hearing ,acted not as a protector to George ,but another part of the mechanism to enslave him .
There was NO audio recordings ,NO transcripts,No jury only a solitary judge who was neither impartial or fair( a founder member of the speculative society and a Mason of high rank (Royal Arch or Knight Templar)) pronouncing George INSANE and aquitting him on the BREACH OF THE PEACE charge,the maximum sentence for such a court 3 MONTHS,but THEN to be held INDEFINITELY without PROPER trial for the so called CRIME?

We can now say with certainty the UK legal system is at an all time LOW .NEVER has such serious implications arisen for the safety and welfare of all our futures been put at extreme risk, when without checks and balances ,a judiciary is now acting in the most barbaric and sinister manner.
This case represents what the UK has turned into ,were government opponents and human right activists are being incarcerated INDEFINITELY in MASONIC PERSECUTION CHAMBERS (MENTAL HEALTH WARDS) and were GEORGE has been held down by 8 NURSES and injected with mind altering drugs ,despite
on a hunger strike, were he has not eaten for 28 days and the possibility of him dying due to being so weak from lack of nourishment.
What we have is sinister and a conspiracy of silence from a MASS MEDIA failing to EXPOSE this EVIL which emanates from a supposed civilised society .
WHY MIGHT THAT BE ?

Subject: Sheriff Lothian Speculator and possible Mason. Cullen Speculator and possible Mason.
Ann further to our telephone conversation I would summarise my concerns re George Farquhar as follows:
In June of last year in connection with a petition I have with the Scottish Parliament, I wrote to the 440 Practicing Advocates in Scotland by way of a one-page flyer. I was attempting to highlight the ridiculous position which Jim Wallace the Justice Minister had adopted on the question of the registration of organisations such as Freemasonry in the Judiciary.
I received a poor response to my survey but I did get a certain amount of feedback, which caused me to consider amongst other things the existence of an organisation called the Speculative Society, which it was claimed by some of the Advocates responding, had a stranglehold on the upper echelons of the Legal Establishment.
I am a member of the National Library of Scotland, and had been researching the Freemasons and the Elgin marbles and when I saw the 1968 History of the Speculative Society I didn't expect it to make any reference to the members who were in the Judiciary. I couldn't believe my eyes when the History boasted not only of the Spec's domination of the Judiciary but its immunity from the law dispensed by its members.
The book suggested to me that the Spec was openly sexist, elitist, unionist, and racist with Masonic overtones. While it gives me no pleasure to come to this conclusion, as many of Scotland's leading public figures are members I cannot come to any other conclusion from the information available.
I set about copying the History and some Casebooks, which between them gave the names and numbers of the members up to 1972. This took some time as I was only permitted to copy 10% of the book.
When I had copied the book I summarised my findings from the Spec's own material and set it into a 7 page letter which I then copied to all of the 440 Advocates as well as Pauline McNeill, the Convenor of the Justice 2 Committee of the Scottish Parliament, Robbie the Pict, and other independent bodies, whom I thought I could trust (all on the same day).
From the Speculative Society's own records it can be seen that A. M. Lothian and D W Cullen (then advocates) are members of the Speculative Society! (See attachments)
I know for a fact that a woman calling herself Harriot and purporting to be Sheriff Lothian's estranged wife phoned me at the time of my trial and told me that Sheriff Lothian was a Mason of high rank (Royal Arch or Knight Templar). Harriot has phoned me several times since with similar tales.
Given that George features Lord Cullen on his website as a paedophile protector and given that George also shows his antipathy to Freemasonry on the website it would seem to me to be vital that George is made fully aware of the implications of being tried by someone who as a matter of record shares membership of at least one of the Societies that Lord Cullen belongs to. There is also the possibility (if Harriot is to be believed) that Sheriff Lothian is a member of the organisation that bears the brunt of George's criticism, and for which he is a well-known opponent.
I have made most of these facts known to George and have sent him Remli v France and Victor Duncan's case but with so much else on his mind I did not want to stress what I saw as being an important fact before I was sure that Sheriff Lothian would take his trial. I am also mindful of the fact that he has a lawyer who may see things differently and may also be afraid to challenge a Sheriff on this aspect.
In my own case I brought up the matter of the Sheriff's membership of any organisation such as the Freemasons personally (after discharging my lawyer) at an Intermediate Diet on the basis that it would save the court time if it dealt with this matter at the earliest possible opportunity so that it might prevent a delay in the trial proper when I would in any event make my challenge. The Sheriff agreed and sent it to another Sheriff (a lady) for disposal as a preliminary issue before the substantive issues were heard.
I leave it to you to do with this letter as you wish and hope that George can have a truly impartial hearing.
