FRAMED BY POLICE CONSTABLE DOIG AND INSPECTOR MCGONNIGAL
I arrived at approximately 3.20pm on Wednesday 23rd July at Drylaw Police Station to video, photograph PC Andy Doig for his conspiring, and attempt to frame me in a previous court case, on 24th April 2003. The video footage was to be part of a documentary toward exposing the Government's Paedophile Rings. The photographs were to be part of the documentation on PC Doig's corruption toward thwarting the mass public exposure of his hierarchies' paedophile rings. As PC Doig had finished his shift, he drove his car from the rear of the station to exit through the front. I was standing at the exit and started my video filming and photographing of him. I walked slowly toward his car as he was driving toward the exit. PC Doig stopped his car, got out and immediately started to walk toward me. He then raised both his arms and grasped both my arms (with a camera in each hand). He told me I was under arrest "For what?" I exclaimed.
Doig repeated himself and started to push me physically toward the main door of the Police Station. Another officer PC Bruce Kennedy who asked what the problem was soon approached us. Doig started, "he is under arrest", I was grabbed also by PC Kennedy and was taken toward the main door. I had both cameras trained on Doig, the still camera taking a shot every several seconds or so. Doig started to get overtly physical with me to compensate for his gross lack of physical strength.
In reaction I jerked my arm he was holding slightly to warm him consciously and subconsciously that no matter what he could NOT control me. As we entered the police station I called PC Doig a "Paedophile Protector" - "A category 2 Paedophile Protector" Doig appeared a little frustrated, and I was slightly angry. I never knew that taking a photo of a corrupt police officer was a crime until now!
As I was ushered down the hallway I exclaimed, "You don't like to get your photo taken - do you Doig?" Doig had, by this time, his hand over the lens of the video camera. Again, I exclaimed, why do you have your hand on the camera - take your hand off the lens! Doig refused as I was taken to the back of Drylaw Police Station where the cells are located.
There were numerous police officers and a few civilians standing, as I again exclaimed, "this man is a government paedophile protector!" I was taken to a small room and asked several times to sit down. As the adrenaline was running through my body, I could not "sit down", and politely refused.
I began to tell Doig he was corrupt and a "Paedophile Protector". He did not appear too perturbed by this very much. PC Doig wandered about the small room as I continually faced toward him accusing him of his crimes.
Doig was soon asked to leave the room by PC Kennedy and mentioned words to the effect that it was not conducive for him to be there, or to handle my "processing". PC Doig left the room and immediately I calmed down.
GOOD COPS
Two young police officers that had not witnessed my arrest were asked to "supervise" me in the room. Almost immediately the youngest of the officers turned to me, in a very friendly and genuine manner and said, "How are you?", I replied, very well thanks "How are you?". I asked him how long he had been in the "force" and he replied 2 months. We chatted for a few minutes as he told me about his training and how much he liked his job. I replied "good" - we really need good police officers in the force. PC Kennedy returned and asked the young PC's to leave. We both said, "Take care" as he left. It was extremely refreshing to have this encounter with the young gentleman after confronting the mentally twisted and corrupt PC Doig.
My processing went through the usual procedures, being questioned, and statements written down. Even although it was not necessary to give a statement (because the evidence could be used against you in a court of law) I always give a statement as am guided by the principles of truth and therefore have nothing to hide. Only those who are corrupt have something to hide - such as perpetual lying by social parasites such as PC Doig.
As usual I refused to give a DNA sample as I believe it is a human rights abuse for an innocent man dedicated toward exposing the government's paedophile rings to be DNA "raped".
Apart from the fact that the police have already taken 2 DNA samples from me in the last 2 years by force and is now on computer there are countless other moral and ethical reasons why I refused, which is documented on my website

I explained a few of these reasons to PC Kennedy and PC Thomas Cullen but was still charged with this "offence". Throughout my "processing" I found both PC Kennedy and PC Cullen to be gentlemen, and very much the type of police officers that are perfectly suited to be "protectors of the public". It is sad that the small minority of self-seeking and bigoted parasites such as PC Doig give ALL good police officers a bad name. I was taken to St Leonard's Police Station to spend the night. My cameras and film confiscated for prosecuting evidence.

GEORGE FARQUHAR FRAMED AND IMPRISONED BY PROCURATOR FISCAL HENDRY SMITH AND THE PSYCHOLOGICALLY DEMENTED SHERIFF HORSBURGH
In the morning I was taken to the Edinburgh Sheriff Court and was eventually taken from the cells to be up in front of Procurator Fiscal Hendry Smith and Sheriff Horsburgh. PF Smith gave a very brief description of why I had been arrested and mentioned that I claim that the police and justice system are directly involved in the Government's Paedophile Rings (YES - CORRECT!). He then stated a series of lies in reference to my PAST arrests.
He stated to the court - that I had a history of similar offences (Campaigning against the Government's Paedophile Rings - as well as exposing corrupt members of the Police and Justice System), and that my last "offence" was handing out flyers at Broughton High School saying a teacher was involved in the Government's Paedophile Rings". This was a blatant lie. The 400 flyers that were handed out at the school were in fact pertaining to Mr Sellers conspiring with a corrupt PF and Police Officer toward my conviction and possible imprisonment, in a previous arrest. The flyers explained his corruption and the fact that he was a "paedophile protector" NOT a Government Paedophile. There is a major difference! This twisting of the truth by PF's I have witnessed on numerous occasions, but this Seiko PF was really going for broke!
What he failed to inform Sheriff Horsburgh, was that I was found NOT GUILTY on both charges which were in fact the original framing attempt against me, by PC Doig.
PF Smith then (having his head hung low and mumbling under his breath so I could not be able to hear him properly) stated references to Psychiatric assessments which should have been (forced?) upon me several months before but this had not yet happened (PF Smith's mannerisms throughout - were of a "guilty complex").
(During these blatant lies upon me - I twice shouted: YOU ARE A LIAR! - YOU ARE A LIAR!)
Sheriff Horsburgh (well known for being a corrupt "bastard" judge) told me to be quiet - so he could listen to the pathological lying "mumblings" of his corrupt "brother"). PF Smith, with his head bent over as far as it could physically go, went on to finish his lying and stated HE recommended "psychiatric assessment" of me. Sheriff Horsburgh then asked me what I thought about being "psychiatrically assessed". I was totally flabbergasted and livid! I replied "What!….People come up to me in the street (while campaigning) and tell me what a good job I am doing - and you want me to see a psychiatrist! Sheriff Horsburgh then said, "just answer the question". I replied "for what" - loudly. For exposing the Government's Paedophile Rings! Sheriff Horsburgh said, "just answer the question". Again, I shouted, "For exposing the Government's Paedophile Rings!" Sheriff Horsburgh said, "I am not here to answer questions. Just answer the question - what do you think about being psychiatrically assessed". I shouted, "I don't need to see a psychiatrist he does! (pointing forcefully toward PF Smith). Sheriff Horsburgh said, "Just answer the question". I shouted yet again, "I don't need to see a psychiatrist he does! (again pointing forcefully toward PF Smith with his head hung low so I could NOT see his face). Sheriff Horsburgh then stated "That may be the case - but I am asking you". FOOL! Sheriff Horsburgh just admitted that PF Smith may in fact need a psychiatric assessment! Yes! A Freudian slip - a subconscious truth that PF Smith is a psychologically demented and imbalanced - as he is himself!
After this Sheriff Horsburgh realised I was NOT going to succumb to his lunatic corruptions and remanded me in jail for 7 days - for "Psychiatric assessment". As I was being "ushered out" the dock - I screamed and pointed at Sheriff Horsburgh - "You are going to be exposed on my website". Sheriff Horsburgh shrugged and scoffed. At this I shouted "Don't worry you will!" (Knowing full well that he and the three other parasitical scum behind my imprisonment were about to endure a "permanent" barrage of public exposure - beyond their wildest nightmare).
I then screamed and pointed at PF Smith, "What is his name" (unaware of his name at this point). There was silence. Again, "What is your name - I am going to exposure you too!"
More silence.
I was ushered down stairs (by several court police) absolutely furious! I shouted and screamed "Disgusting Repulsive Paedophile Protectors - Scum!"
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Throughout my shouting and screaming at their perverse corruption, in the court, I was only told ONCE to be quiet by Sheriff Horsburgh, and at no time was threatened with "contempt of court charge". Under normal circumstances, anyone else would have been threatened with this charge - and even possibly charged - yet I was not. Why? Because Horsburgh does not wish me to be in front of him again - challenging his corruption? Who knows? - He does!

After our brief conversation, Dr Billcliff then again stated, do you refuse to give an assessment? Again, I stated "Absolutely Not!" She thanked me kindly and I returned to my cell.
It is obvious that although an "official" assessment was not made, and nothing was written down, Dr Billcliff will "report" the answers I have given to her questioning on why I would NOT give an assessment.
My practice includes constantly looking "inside" myself toward a greater understanding as well as looking outside to humanity as a whole.

I also explained to Dr Billcliff that my websites were down at the present due to the cutting edge material (truth) documented on them. PSYCHIATRIC ASSESSMENT APPOINTMENT MADE ON MY BEHALF BY PATHOLOGICAL LIAR PF SMITH
At approximately 3.00pm on my fifth day in prison, I was approached by a prison officer whom I know as Stewart. I had spoken previously to him at length on why I had been incarcerated. He is a very decent and good man.
He told me that a "nurse" wanted to speak to me. About what? I replied.
He told me he did not know her.
I went into the "office" where there were two ladies who introduced themselves as Dr N Billcliff - Royal Edinburgh Hospital, and Elaine Worfold, Practitioner Nurse, MHT.
Dr Billcliff who appeared a very decent lady told me she was a psychiatrist and that the PF wanted her to "assess" me.
I told her straight, "Absolutely not", among other things she stated that PF (PF Hendry Smith) wanted to have this report - because it was in my interests (Bullshit! His interests!). In the ensuing conversation - I mentioned - that I expose the Government's Paedophile rings (of which she already knew). That PF Smith is corrupt and lied in the court to Sheriff Horsburgh. That I took photos of PC Doig because of the previous charges he framed against me - of which I was found NOT GUILTY - on both charges.
That the reason I was in prison was because of four corrupt people (Doig-McGonnogal-Smith and Horsburgh).
That these people (and others) appear to think exposing government paedophilia is a crime!
That in all my previous so-called criminal charges, bar one, I have been found NOT GUILTY.
That in the charge I was found guilty I was admonished.
That I am a student and practitioner of alternative mental health. That my practice includes meditation, fasting, proper diet, Thai Chi etc, of which are a fraction of an immense amount of alternative mental health practices, that exist.
That however long I am locked up in prison I shall NEVER succumb to a psychiatric "assessment".
That ALL my reading material is of a spiritual nature with the underlining theme of alternative (holistic) mental-health.
That I am mentally, emotionally and spiritually balanced and do not need any "assessment", whatsoever.
That PF Smith in court hung his head low throughout his statements and mumbled so I could NOT hear him. That I knew guilt when I see it - his mannerisms proved his guilt while lying.
That I have met many police and justice administrators who are corrupt and many that are very decent.
That I know many of the (decent) police officers at my local police station (Oxgangs) and we get along fine- there are no problems between us, at all.
That in particular I have spoken to Sergeant Dickson (Oxgangs) on a number of occasions in regard to what I do.
That there are countless thousands of files of documented evidence to prove what I say is true a fraction of what is expressed on my website.

On the 31st July 2003, I was taken from Saughton Prison to the Edinburgh Sheriff Court. (Closed - friends were NOT allowed in). I was then taken in front of Sheriff McKinnon. PF told the Sheriff Dr Billcliff's assessment of me was that my state of mental health was mentally unstable! So in the 5-10 minutes I spoke to "Shrink" Billcliff telling her why I refused to be ASSESSED she gave her "assessment". No reference was made in court that I had actually refused her assessment. This is a warning to all those forces to give an "assessment" who believe it is a breach of their rights. Don't say anything more than "you refuse". Don't elaborate! If you do this can and will be used as your "assessment". In other words a few minutes conversation with them on your refusal could get you committed - to justify their shallow - narrow minded - bigoted- self-seeking - parasitical nature.
The Procurator Fiscal made statements to the effect that he suggested certain aspects of the charges against me should be amended. Sheriff McKinnon then asked me if I would agree to have part of the details of my arrest outside Drylaw Police Station amended. Then again reference to statements referring to starting inside the police station - No outside! Because these statements were put forward to me in legal jargon (which is confusing, incomprehensible (intentionally) to any layman) - I was not at all clear what the Sheriff was suggesting or exactly what and why it was necessary for any of the facts of the case to be "amended". However what I could ascertain was…………….?! I told him once or twice I was not clear on why he wishes aspects of the case to be "amended". He replied in the same manner and jargon throughout.
Eventually I stated that I don't want anything changed, I wanted the evidence to be kept as it is. I explained that I follow the principles of truth, I did not understand why anything should be changed from the evidence and that the facts of the case will emerge from the photographic evidence that I took and from the cameras at the police station. The truth will out! The PF and Sheriff McKinnon spoke back and forth to each other (in more legal jargon) in regards to the amendments not being made as I had refused to give it. Jargonised references were also discussed suggesting that I should be remanded in the Royal Edinburgh Hospital for further assessment of my "mental state".
Sheriff McKinnon told me that I would be remanded in Edinburgh Royal - Orchard Clinic, until my trial (against PC Doig) on the 22nd August 2003. Since I am being incarcerated continue hunger strike refuse strikes or any government sanctioned officers to assess me. I then told Sheriff McKinnon that there are three documents that he should read proving the existence of the Government's Paedophile Rings out of thousands. I held them up - h- refused - put them down - The Truth will out!
The three documents that McKinnon refused to read were later passed down to me through the bars of the cells. The truth is very fearful to some! It is interesting to note that although my "mental state" was the first element of the case to be discussed my "incarceration" was not discussed until AFTER they asked me my "permission" for the video and camera evidence leading up to and showing the arrest itself regarding my arrest outside the station to be "amended" (erased) and that the evidence would start from inside the station. It is clear to me now that the video footage of my initial arrest outside the station is more important than I even first realised, since they were so keen to have this "amended" or "erased" or "destroyed" or "tampered with". These corrupt low life category 1 Paedophile Protectors chose their words very carefully indeed.
